Saved places and private notes stay on the device whenever the current product can work without uploading them. Public share links contain content identifiers, not private wish list notes.
Scope
This policy covers the SafariWild website, PWA and WeChat mini program. External sites and services have their own privacy policies.
The operating entity will be added once confirmed. The official contact address is [email protected]. The site is connected to Google AdSense for review, but it does not currently display ads.

How information is used
- Save preferences and drafts on the device.
- Create links that the user has asked to share.
- Deliver site resources, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
- Handle corrections, rights requests, privacy questions and product feedback.
- Verify SafariWild's control of the site and, after approval, disclosure and consent setup, display advertising.
SafariWild does not sell personal information or use private wish list notes for advertising profiles.
Service providers
The browser may connect to Cloudflare Pages, OpenStreetMap tile services, Google Fonts, UNPKG and Google AdSense. The WeChat platform supplies storage, sharing and runtime functions inside the mini program. These services can receive IP addresses and request information under their own policies.
AdSense currently verifies site ownership and supports security and abuse prevention. If ads begin running, third party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this or other websites. Users can turn off personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. See the cookie policy for more detail.
Retention and security
Local data remains until the user deletes it, clears site data, removes the mini program or resets the device. SafariWild cannot recover information that exists only on the device.
Provider logs follow each provider's retention rules. Messages sent to a future official address will be kept only as long as needed to handle the request, meet legal duties or resolve a dispute.
HTTPS and limited share parameters reduce risk, but no network or device storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can delete saved content in the product or clear SafariWild storage and caches through browser settings. If data has never been uploaded, SafariWild cannot remove it from a server; it must be removed on the device.
Where applicable law provides the right, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data held through a contact request. If ads are enabled, choices will be available through cookie controls, Google Ads Settings and regional consent messages.
Children
SafariWild provides general nature education and is not designed to collect children's personal information. Children should not submit exact locations, contact details, travel plans or other sensitive information without a guardian.
Policy changes and contact
The effective date will change when accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, email subscriptions or other material processing is added. Significant changes will also be called out on the site.
