ABOUT THE PROJECT

About SafariWild.
What this project does.

A reader can begin with a destination, check its broad seasonal window, and move into the species records connected to that habitat. Saved places and private notes stay under the reader's control.

01

Why the site exists

Travel pages often explain where to go but give little context about migration, flowering seasons or the daily activity of wildlife. SafariWild collects that context in one place.

The aim is practical: help readers understand what may be happening before a trip, how to avoid disturbance in the field, and where to continue learning afterwards.

02

What the site provides

DESTINATIONSDestination records

SPECIESSpecies notes

ACCESSWeb and mini program

The project is available as a website, PWA and WeChat mini program.

03

Editorial and product rules

  • Precise coordinates are withheld for vulnerable species, nesting sites and breeding areas.
  • Sources should be traceable to protected areas, public agencies, research institutions or established conservation databases.
  • Core field guide content is readable without sharing or completing artificial progress tasks.
  • Image creators, source pages and licence terms are recorded.
04

Limits of the information

SafariWild is not a tour operator, protected area authority, scientific database, medical service or safety provider. Opening rules, permits, roads, weather and wildlife activity can change quickly.

Before departure, check the current information published by park authorities, government agencies and qualified local services. A field guide cannot replace rules given on site.

05

Current status

The project is under active development. Destination records, image mappings, source dates and product features are still being reviewed.

SafariWild does not currently sell trips, run display advertising, publish paid recommendations or earn affiliate commission.
